34th Annual Meeting
Building sustainable bioeconomies with industrial crops and products
August 27-30, 2023; Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR
The AAIC executive board is glad to announce that the 34th Annual Association for Advancement of Industrial Crops (AAIC) meeting will be held from August 27-30, 2023, in Corvallis, Oregon, USA. The meeting will be held in-person however there will be an option to participate and present online. This option will permit all participants to attend AAIC meeting either in-person or remote.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
A concise and factual 1-page abstract is required, please follow this template for formatting. Abstract should be written in Times New Roman Font, size 12. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. References should be avoided. Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself. The contact details of the presenting author should be reported at the bottom of the page. All abstracts should be submitted in Word document file via email to [email protected]. Indicate in the email if it is for oral presentation or poster and to which AAIC Division. All abstracts must be submitted by May 15, 2023.
Poster Submission Guidelines
Posters should be less than 48" wide x 48" tall. Please refer to the poster format guide for details.
Travel and Accommodations
Corvallis is situated 90 miles south of Portland, and only a short 40 minute drive from the city of Eugene. The city is facilitated by two different airports, Portland International Airport (PDX) and Eugene Airport (EUG), both with ground transportation services.
Several hotels are located near the conference venue, which will be at the Oregon State University Conference Center:
